Success with Electronic Case Transfer at Maryland Legal Aid

We are pleased to welcome Maryland Legal Aid (MDLAB) to our community. MDLAB serves low income residences in all 23 counties in Maryland through 12 offices in 9 practice areas across the state.

MDLAB provides a range of direct services and self help centers and resources, introducing a variety of unique case-management needs.

In addition to the extensive configuration changes that were made throughout the platform as a normal part of the onboarding process, MDLAB is using the electronic case transfer module to work with volunteer pro bono agencies in the state and exchange case information and referrals between agencies.
