National Community Reinvestment Coalition

We would like to welcome the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) to the LegalServer Platform.

NCRC is a national support organization, providing resources and training to various community reinvestment programs who, in turn, provide assistance to underserved communities throughout the country. They also counsel consumers directly through comprehensive housing and mortgage counseling to consumers directly and through a network of HCN partner member organizations located throughout the nation.

NCRC’s business development initiatives support business ownership and entrepreneurship for women and people of color, and their Center for Civil Rights works to create healthy and sustainable communities through the realization of our nation’s civil rights laws.

With such a variety of services, the ability to customize intake and case management tools to every unit of their agency was paramount to their model. The LegalServer onboarding team built out several intake processes, and did multiple unit-by-unit configurations to ensure each service NCRC provides is able to capture the information they need.
