How HIAS Uses Our Immigration Forms Module

Congratulations to HIAS, who recently went live with LegalServer. Based in Silver Spring Maryland, with additional offices in NYC, HIAS works around the world to protect refugees who have been forced to flee their homelands because of who they are.

For over 130 years, HIAS has worked to protect the most vulnerable refugees, helping them reunite with their families and build new lives in the U.S. Their dedicated staff ensures that clients are treated with the dignity they deserve.

The Immigration Forms module in LegalServer helps advocates collect and manage immigration-related data in order to more quickly and efficiently generate the needed immigration forms on their site. HIAS has also made excellent use of an additional, simplified “Accept and Close” intake process in order to manage the high-volume of consulate intakes and consultations that they do each month.
