GBLS Improves Information Gathering and Reporting for LITC

A big welcome to Greater Boston Legal Services joining the LegalServer community. GBLS serves Boston and 31 other cities and towns in the greater Boston region, providing civil legal services to low income and vulnerable individuals and families in need.

They worked with the LegalServer onboarding team to configure their instance of LegalServer- including implementation of the dedicated Low Income Tax Credit blocks and fields to track their LITC work and report it to the IRS. They also work with the Eastern Region Legal Intake in accepting cases electronically transferred from the regional centralized intake process.
