Tailored Software Helps Fight Discriminatory Housing in Ohio

The Fair Housing Center (TFHC) was established in 1975 in response to discriminatory housing practices throughout Ohio, and works to ensure all people are given equal opportunity to rent, purchase, finance, or insure the property they choose.

For several years, TFHC had a case management system that was unreliable, difficult to update, and couldn’t satisfy grant funding requirements. Since adopting LegalServer, however, those problems are over, according to George Thomas, CEO and General Counsel.

Client communication has improved dramatically as well.

With each case having its own email address in LegalServer, we can simply forward the email into the case file immediately. This helps us achieve improved interactions with clients as we can easily see the email communications to date.
