“We have a lot more report and filter options with LegalServer compared to our prior system,” Blake says. “We are now able to get reports within a few clicks, some of which we were previously manually tracking.”
Complete Document Management
With LegalServer, County users can easily manage documents and folders, including uploading, searching for, and viewing documents associated with cases. Since each case has its own unique email, paper documents can be scanned directly to a case, and entire emails, along with attachments, can be quickly added.
“The process of storing documents electronically is much easier than our previous system,” Blake explains. “And the ability to see the entire list of documents in a matter is much more efficient.”
