Congratulations to Access to Justice South Dakota for Joining the Legalserver Community!

Access to Justice South Dakota, the first of three South Dakota agencies to go live with LegalServer, will be able to take advantage of online intake and electronic case transfer in order to better manage cases on a statewide level.

The State Bar of South Dakota formed A2JSD in order to extend the legal services available to all South Dakota residents. In addition to providing direct legal services to low-income clients, A2JSD also oversees a Moderate Means Program designed to broaden the available services to eligible applicants who may not qualify for pro bono services.
