Automated Intake and eTransfer Helps Boston

Congratulations to the Volunteer Lawyer’s Project Boston joining LegalServer.

Delivering high quality pro bono civil legal services to eligible clients in the Greater Boston area and partnering with Eastern Region Legal Intake, VLPBoston leverages the ability to create multiple LegalServer intake processes.

They ​are ​also utiliz​ing​​ the online intake system to encourage assistance seekers an easy point of entry to the legal services ecosystem in Boston. The seeker is screened by ERLI, then transferred to VLPBoston or Greater Boston Legal Services.
